1987 had an International Rally. I believe there was a North American Rally, but I don’t know if they made t-shirts.
1988 was hosted by the New England section, and was held in Vermont. I rode the Black Shadow, and won the plaques for “Most Original” and “Longest Ridden”. Bill Easter was a perennial winner of the long distance awards, but this time I won because I lived on the west side of the 405 freeway, and Bill lives on the east side, plus I rode the couple of miles over to his house to pick him up for our ride across the country.
